How to clean the Flueways of a Weil-Mclain Boiler

The Weil Mclain P568 Boilers >>> designed and installed twenty years ago in 1992 for the Pilot Station Native Store >>> (now operated by AC Value Center >>) by Nushagak Consultants have been serviced yearly and are in excellent condition. It is anticipated due to the preventative maintenance scheduled yearly the boilers will exceed the life expectancy of 30 years.  Over the years like anything mechanical, equipment wears out and/or becomes out dated so in the course of those years the Front, Rear and Blanket Refractory in the boilers were changed out; included was the update to new energy efficient Beckett AFG Oil Burner >>> (photo shown have the old burners installed, video has the new burners).

The video presented is a demonstration in how to clean the flueways of these boilers.  However, today's Weil-Mclain  cast iron boiler sections and flues  are the same design as back in 1992, so the author has included here the Maintenance and Service Manual >>>> for the current Weil-Mclain WGO, WTGO  Boilers >>>Don't have a Weil-Mclain wire boiler brush? You can order the wire bush from Dickson Supply >>>
