OF A MECHANICAL ADMINISTRATOR

The purpose
of a Mechanical Administrator is to protect the safety
of people and property in the state of Alaska from the
danger of improperly installed or modified mechanical
systems (Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation).
A Mechanical
Administrator is responsible for installation,
modification, certifying and inspection of mechanical
piping and systems, devices, fixtures, equipment or
other mechanical materials subject to the Uniform
Plumbing Code; International Mechanical Code; Uniform
Mechanical Code; Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa, and Hot Tub
code; Uniform Solar Energy Code as published by the
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical
Officials (IAPMO) and the International Conference of
Building Officials.
Jerry Nicholson has been certified as a
Mechanical Administrator since license inception
by the state of Alaska. He is endorsed by the Division
of Occupational Licensing in the following categories:
