To preface, my license affiliation with any General or Mechanical Contractor  comes with mandatory requirements; the contractor shall have integrity, is committed to the highest quality of work with an outstanding reputation for performance and shall have a conscientious respect for and live by all applicable codes, regulations and standards.  It shall also have the upmost regard and understanding of a mechanical administrator’s supervision responsibilities to the State of Alaska as delineated in the Alaska Mechanical Administrators Statutes & Regulations

Highly regarded by inspectors and project engineers I never have had a mechanical violation against my license.  My major accomplishments as a Mechanical Administrator and past Mechanical Contractor have been in both the private and government sector.

Highlights of my commercial achievements as a past mechanical contractor has been a 1.5 million dollar project in Juneau utilizing members from the Plumbers & Steamfitters Union Local 367; a $800,000 project renovating airline terminals, and 1.3 million dollars’ worth of projects renovating hospitals in Bethel, Barrow and Anchorage. In the residential market, as a past Mechanical Contractor I also have performed hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of work for Alaska Indian Housing Authorities.

Raised in Alaska construction industry since the age of 15, I am a self taught person who is versatile and highly professional in a major portion of the building trades. Coming from old school drafting into the computer age, I am meticulous and extremely  proficient in CAD design creating mechanical shop drawings for projects which have been approved by the Municipality of Anchorage. As delineated in the technical drawings I have also completed code compliant architectual projects.
